Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the kjfb platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

The latest version of these Terms will always be available on the kjfb website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- These Terms are written in Bengali and governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
- Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
- kjfb's decisions shall be considered final and binding.
- These Terms are also available in English; however, the Bengali version is authoritative.
Eligibility & Registration
The following conditions must be met to create an account and use the services on the kjfb platform:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.
- Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided at the time of registration.
- Registering with false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.
- kjfb may request identity verification documents for account approval.
Identity Verification
To ensure secure transactions and prevent fraudulent activity, kjfb may conduct identity verification at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other valid government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your kjfb account. Please follow the guidelines below strictly:
- Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Avoid logging into your account on public or shared devices.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact kjfb support immediately.
- Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
The following mobile banking and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh are accepted for deposits on the kjfb platform:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
- If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal processing time: typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions apply:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements are met.
- Withdrawals must be made using the depositor's own payment method.
- Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
kjfb reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Bonuses & Promotions
Various bonuses and promotions are offered on the kjfb platform. All bonuses are granted under the following general terms:
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳20,000
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus):
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. In this case the wagering requirement is 10x.
- When playing with bonus funds, bets in certain games may not count toward wagering — details will be specified in the individual bonus offer.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
- kjfb reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- One bonus offer cannot be combined with another while it is active, unless explicitly stated.
Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when betting on the kjfb platform:
- All bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, though kjfb may allow cancellation in specific cases.
- Bets placed at odds incorrectly displayed due to a technical error may be considered void.
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
- General rules apply to the sports betting section — specific rules for each sport are listed separately.
- Casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely fair.
Game Rules
Specific rules for each game are available in the game interface or the help section. The rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) may also apply.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kjfb platform. Engaging in these activities will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:
- Money Laundering: Illegal money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
- Bots & Automation: Playing using automated software or bots.
- Collusion: Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Hacking or any attempt at a cyber attack.
- False Information: Using a false identity or forged documents.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or playing in their place.
If any prohibited activity is detected, kjfb reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned, subject to the outcome of any investigation. In proven cases of fraud or prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.
